Poll: Georgia voters reluctant to change state constitution; Presidential race tied among early voters
Today, Better Georgia released the results of a stateside survey of likely voters for key races and the Amendment 1 constitutional ballot question, which would allow the state government to create charter schools over the objection of locally elected school boards. The results show that despite millions of dollars spent by out-of-state corporations in support of the amendment, only 52 percent of respondents were certain to vote yes even when presented with only the misleading ballot
