ATLANTA — With temperatures expected to dip down to 32 degrees tonight, the City of Atlanta is activating its warming center again. Charges against Georgia lawmaker Trey Kelley dismissed

A judge in Polk County has dismissed an indictment charging state Rep. Trey Kelley, R-Cedartown, in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash in 2019. Kelley was charged with reckless conduct, a misdemeanor, for failing to call law enforcement immediately after Ryan Dover, the driver charged in the accident, contacted Kelley to inform him of the crash. WATCH: Atlanta firefighters rescue person who fell in air vent

If you frequently walk in downtown Atlanta, some of the city’s air vents may have given you pause. Atlanta Firefighters rescued a person who had fallen through one of the air vents. Firefighters say the person fell 15 to 20 feet. The incident occurred Tuesday morning. After a thorough assessment it was determined the person would need to be extracted vertically. Judge grounds Spaceport Camden
